Great location, amazing restaurant and cozy rooms
For New York, the rooms here are not bad. Stayed in a premier room, which would be equal to a standard sized room in most cities. Rooms have views of the skyscrapers next door, on either side. Executive Lounge, for Gold and Diamond members, is on the main floor, off the lobby. Excellent appetizers in the evening and serve yourself beer and wine (for a small cost.) Breakfast was disappointing, with no hot items...just continental. Hard to get a seat at busy times in the A.M. Best of all is the location, which is convenient to Radio City Music Hall, 30 Rock and Central Park. Most Broadway shows and Times Square are about a 10-15 minute walk.

Business in NYC is great with this hotel in mind.
I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years and each stay is very good. Location is perfect for midtown business and the amenities including fitness center exceptional. As a diamond member upgrades could be better but this is overall a terrific property and front desk management also exceptional.

Good location, great beach and the best holiday
Chose this hotel if you want to be close to shopping, Times Square, Broadway and Central Park. Lots of places to eat close to hotel. Ask for a room on a floor that is renovated. (They are nicer.) All rooms are clean and well maintained.

Nice holiday at the beach
Hotel was nice, beautiful view, good service, food well cooked ,nicely offered and a good variety. Strange system for handling with beach towels. Spa and he service there could be much better. Sport equipment was bad.

Been there three times, would definately recommend it!
This was our 3rd holiday here in mid September (which actually turned into our honeymoon when we got married just before we left the UK). We knew what to expect from our previous visits - a reasonably priced hotel ,offering good service and very good value for money. The staff all work hard to provide a good service for everyone and we appreciate it - although some other guests from the UK seemed to have a bit of an attitude problem. The hotel is clean , the food is good for the price we paid, and there is nothing really to be critical of. The staff on reception are always helpful with local information , and the bus service to Palma and nearby resorts is cheap and regular. So if you want a decent hotel at a decent price I recommend the Blue Bay. Thanks very much to Carmen,Paco, Boris and the rest of the staff for helping to make our stay so enjoyable.
